Just a little information regarding this sites and Message boards statistics.
Since the site has been moved to a server which offers excellent programs for statistics.
The main url of http://www.strkenora.com has received over 141,000 hits. Along with the approx 90,000 from the message board, which are not included in this total, it brings this sites total hits to nearly 170,000 since JANUARY of Last year.
(I know some business's that would kill for those hits.)
NOT everyone has joined the message board, therefore the "Members" as they are called on the message board are NOT accurate in this respect as to the number of MEMBERS who belong to the STR Club Itself. Please, as I have asked many times, please "sign into the message board, even if you DO NOT POST anything. This is for Statistics purposes.

Be proud of that folks as that alone is an accomplishment and has been accomplished with the great work of all members and volunteers of the Club.
It is highly important that the Trail Information be updated regularly and correct. People who come into our area rely on this information for places to go and certainly safety.
I stress to any business who is listed in this site to Contact City Hall and mention these statistics as they are 100% accurate and believe me, this SITE, and the information contained within it's pages BRINGS TOURISTS INTO KENORA ALONG WITH tourism dollars, AND employment.
With a little co-operation from City Council and others in this community we can increase winter tourism to something that is meaningful when it comes to winter trade, activities, and tourism.
In the United States, Minn. No Dakota and even Mb. Snowmobiling is a Billion Dollar Industry. We can become the #1 Snowmobiling or Winter Destination in Ontario if promoted correctly and get the proper recognition from our Community, Federal, Provincial and Municipal Governments included.

THAT folks might just be called Direct Marketing, as these stats we collect are absolutely fantastic. NO EMAIL addresses are in this, but the Provinces, U.S. State and City certainly are.
